By ordering any SSL certificate through TELEFA Pty Ltd, the applicant is bound by the terms and conditions below, as well as GeoTrust's product terms and conditions:

Certificate Refund Policy
Telefa Pty Ltd will replace, revoke, and refund (less 10% administration fee to cover administrative costs involved) certificates that have been issued within five (5) days of the certificate issue date as long as they are for the same domain name. If you need a new certificate after five days, you will be responsible for purchasing a new certificate. No refunds will be issued for change of mind.

No replacements revocations or refunds will be issued by GeoTrust or Telefa Pty Ltd after the 5 day period. You will be required to place a new order through Telefa Pty Ltd at the standard full retail price.
